Senorita (Registered Name: Lacrosse Lady) is a beautiful bay 2001 Thoroughbred mare. Senorita has been shown in local Hunter circuits and consistently places in the ribbons. This summer, she took Reserve Grand Champion in the 2'9" Hunter division at her only show. Last summer, she showed 2'6" Hunters and at her first show ever, placed second in her class. <br><br>Senorita has been used as a lesson horse for beginner-intermediate riders for two years. She is quiet on the trail, roads, and in the arena. <br><br>She is currently being schooled over 3' courses, but has jumped up to 3'6" with ease. Senorita did great over 3' cross country obstacles as well! This horse has the power and scope to fly.<br><br>She is a proven broodmare, and a very people-friendly horse. She has excellent ground manners, loads, clips, and stands for the farrier. Shakira (Registered Name: Golden Pelt) is a 2000 Thoroughbred mare. Shakira has been used as a lesson horse for beginner-intermediate riders for the last two years, though she would do best long-term with an intermediate rider. My 15 year old sister is her primary rider and they make a great combination! Shakira is a gorgeous mover and consistently places in the ribbons at local Hunter circuit shows. This summer, my sister and Shakira took Reserve Grand Champion in the 2'6" Hunters. Last year, at Shakira's first show, an 11-year old student took Reserve Grand Champion in the Novice Hunter Division with Shakira. This is a very quiet horse who is willing to work and learn! <br><br>Shakira is currently being schooled over 2'6" to 3' courses, as well as small (2'6") cross country obstacles.
