Whether his partner is a beginner or someone who seeks to advance, this intelligent and talented pony will take the job.<br><br>Sunny has proven himself to be a versatile mount. The Sundance Kid is the 2008 Provincial Champion Pony Jumper in the Alberta Show Jumping 5 Star Series, also finishing second in Pony Medals and third in Pony Hunter. Sunny placed second at the Spruce Meadows Pony Four Bar with a jump of 4’ 2” after eight exhausting rounds of four fences each. On his way to the top of the Alberta A circuit Sunny earned ribbons and titles at too many shows to mention. <br><br>Sunny has earned the right to say that he's a contender whenever he enters the ring. He has carried riders at every level - novice circuit, short stirrup and advanced pony classes. Truly versatile, this pony will behave appropriately in any circumstance – go ahead and ask him to build confidence in a beginner. Next, put him with a partner who wants to add zazz and thrill to a competition campaign. Patient and forgiving, Sunny just needs to be pointed at the fence. He can do everything except memorize the course. He will fix rider errors and continue on with his job.<br><br>Sunny has a long stride that helps him speed through jumper courses. Very maneuverable, he can cut corners and make up time if asked. After a few turns through a warm up ring, he will slow and collect up for hunters or medals.<br> <br>Never sick or lame, Sunny stands patiently for braiding, clipping and farriers. Easy to catch, easy going in a herd and quiet in a stall or trailer. He loves to be adored by the fans that collect around him everywhere he goes. He is quiet outside of the ring too – he has been in parades, out on cattle drives and on mountain trails. <br><br>Shots, teeth and feet up-to-date, fit and ready for the show season.
