I have a 7 year old gelding for sale. He is one of the smartest horses I have ever owned! He is 15.1 hands tall. He is started on barrels loping a nice pattern! I have taken him over jumps, and used him for beginner lesson as well. He will go over a tarp no problem, he just wants to please you! He is truly one of a kind. He side passes, moves off your leg, shoulder in shoulder out, spirals. He is the whole package. He is up to date on coggins, and shots, gets new shoes on Tuesday, teeth were floated on Dec 19. Experienced barrel racer and horse trainer offering riding lessons and horse training. I have been racing barrels and poles for 10 years and training my own horses for competition for 8 years. Member of the MGRA and MRBRA. Private sand arena available for lessons and training, or I can come to your location. RIDING LESSONS Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced riding lessons are offered in Barrels, Poles, and Western riding, and I also offer beginning English lessons. Basic lessons include learning how to saddle, bridle, and handle tack and how to walk, trot, and canter. I have an experienced quarter horse available for lessons. TRAINING I can correct bad habits a horse may have developed or prepare them for the upcoming show season or for sale. I also do breaking and starting. I can provide a good start to any trail, western, pleasure, or barrel horse. Basic training includes teaching side pass, back up, take both leads, collective cantering, leg pressures, and bending.
