The horse and rider should have a teacher/student relationship. Susan Brown teaches both the horse AND the rider for proven success time after time! She works with all breeds, specializing in the gaited breeds and trail. 35 years exp, CHA cert instructor, licensed Walking Horse trainer, fully insured. She recently relocated to the area and is now Head Trainer at the impressive Rarity Bay Equestrian Center in Vonore, TN (SW of Knoxville). Facility has miles of various type trails and water entry into Lake Tellico, as well as roundpen and lighted show arena. With a step by step program, she teaches groundwork as a foundation for the right relationship and clear communication. This takes less than an hour. Then she progresses to the horse's individual needs moving quickly with a willing horse. She also teaches the rider how she did it and how to maintain the training invested in the horse.
