Classy is a Paint/Percheron cross mare, standing 15.3hh and she will be 5 years old in May. <br><br>She is broke w/t/c, started over fences, learning to bend and collect, will hack out on the road, good with traffic, rides indoors or out, alone or in a group. She will even swim. <br><br>Classy is level headed, sane and quiet, good for beginners even. She has been used in some lessons, and has shown in schooling shows. She is a star off properyt as well. <br><br>Classy is easy to catch, lead, load, handle, tie, good for vet and farrier ect. <br><br>She has never been lame or injured, she is UTD on all shots, de worming and farrier. <br><br>She is an extremely easy keeper. Has been stalled but is currently out 24/7, no grain or blanket and is trimmed every 8 weeks. <br><br>I have owned this girl since she was 7 months old and am looking for a free lease home to ride her, and maybe show as well. I am very busy right now with a young daughter and dont want to see Classy sit around

Nothing fancy, just a laid back 5 acre little farm with a large field and 2 smaller seperate paddocks. For now we ride in the field, we do have jumps and a small square pen/ring that we plan on expanding into an outdoor sand ring come spring. There is a small barn and a few stalls for emergency but mainly the barn is used for storage, tack room, ect. Round bales provided 24/7 throughout the winter, no grain provided. Two heated water troughs topped up everyday and salt/mineral blocks in the field. Only 2 people around with 4 horses, very friendly, fun, laid back people looking for 2 more boarders to join the family. I personally coach/train so lessons are an option here as well. $200/month.
