We are looking for a responsible adult to join our self care co-op adjacent to White Clay Creek Preserve. One stall currently open but we will take names for a waiting list. Person must be flexible, and both horse and rider must get along with the current members and adhere to our current program. Please no unruly horses with any major behavior issues and no drama queens. Your horse will get private or semi-private t/o on large, lush pasture with run-ins. We leave out as much as possible. Included in your monthly expense your horse will get up to 4 Qts Tripple Crown feed, 2 Qts beet pulp in the colder months, premium alfalfa hay inside, grass hay outside in covered feeders, and saw dust stalls. The farm has a roughly 80X180 ring with great footing, a full jump course, Dressage letters, and of course you can ride directly into White Clay from the back gate. Stalls are 10X12, room for your tack, and a wash stall with hot water other than in winter. We do require a trial period and a contract. You will be required to feed and care for 7 total horses, 2 days a week. One AM and one PM feeding. The average cost per month is between $300-$400/month for most over the year, keep in mind costs like Hay are up front when we order. Please call MaryAnn for more info 443-466-6077.
