Griffyn Park (Griffyn) is a 16.1hh, 1999, bay thoroughbred gelding. He has a sweet disposition and in 2005 he showed in Gulfport (Mississippi), St. Lazare, Bromont and Lexington (Kentucky), where he won ribbons consistently in 2'9 and 3 foot divisions. More recently (2009) he was at the Blainville and Beaulieu horse shows and won ribbons in the Modified Adult/Child division (often in the top 3). Riding School at Deerfield Farm in USA/Canada

We at Deerfield Farm offer lessons on well mannered horses for both seasoned and prospective riders who don't own their own mount. Class size ranges from 1 to 4 rider/horse combinations per class though the lesson is individually customized to best suit the needs and focus of each horse/rider pair. Scheduled weekend, weekday, and evening classes available for both Adults and Children. Please call for class times. The monthly fee of $200 (reduced to $180 if paid before the 1st of the month) covers one lesson/week. Call to schedule a convenient day and time (or two)! Tack, of course, is provided. An introductory lesson may be purchased individually for $50 and then applied against the first month's lessons (essentially giving you a free lesson upon registration). Upon request we can arrange a part board/horse share or a full lease to suit your commitments and expectations. Deerfield Farm is located at 3563 Vandorf Road, L4A 7X5. The 20 acre farm located just north of the GTA in the forested estate area of Whitchurch-Stouffville. Five minutes from Hwy 404 and Bloomington Rd.
