Blanket changes and put fly mask on and off. We have two large paddocks for grass turnouts. All stalls have windows and are matted. Ally way is also now matted. Indoor Riding Arena 60X100 Lots of trails nearby Stalls 12X12 with windows screens & w/mats Heated Tack room climate controlled Separate Grain room Outside wash area with mats/cross ties with a sprayer boom. **No Extra Charges** for turnout or giving own supplements or putting on or taking off blankets Full Board Only. Very comfortable saddle to ride in, Seat is 15.5 with a suede brown seat. Saddle is in excellent condition, Leather is soft and supple. Has silver and nice design on edge of saddle seat silver weaved, Quarter Horse Bars. Has nice silver on top of horn. Saddle has been oiled and cleaned and kept in the house covered up. Saddle would be good for youth or adult. The make of Saddle is US Saddlery; it has a nice engraved sliver piece with the writing of the saddle maker. This is a very nice well made saddle….. Not a cheaply made saddle. No cracks in the leather. Pictures do not do justice This is a beautiful well made saddle. Willing to travel in reason to try on your horse.
