Hi,<br>I'm looking for a thoroughbred mare to be used mostly for breeding. Would like if it is broke as well, no matter what discipline. I dabble in everything, prefer english. Needs to have perfect ground manners, prefer that she has already had a foal.<br><br>Am very willing to make exceptions for a younger, promising project mare as well. <br><br>Horse MUSTS:<br>-Minimum 2 years old- maximum 12 yrs old.<br>-Good basic conformation- no major flaws. <br>-English type (TB, warmbloods, may consider some arabians)<br>-Does not chew fences, windsuck or weave (or any other stable vice)<br>-No extreme bad behaviour (ex: biting)<br>Most handling/training issues I can sort out myself.<br><br>Please attach a few conformation photos or video of all 3 paces if available, along with horses previous history and personality details.

"Abu" is your been there, done that type. Stockier TB, often mistaken for part QH in western tack, or warmblood under english (has surprising big extended trot). Started off as a trail/cow horse, then re-trained english since he was 10. jumps 3' courses, easy level 1/ some 2 dressage. Can decently work a cow (penning/cutting but hasn't in 7 years) Has been out of work for the most part the last few years. Although older, he is still 100% sound and ready to go anywhere. Has been off for last year and a half, so would need a good month or 2 to get ring fit. i can pull him out of the pasture after months off and hop on with a rope around his neck. However he does suit an intermediate rider or beginner who has basics (comfortable walk/trot/canter) in a lesson program.<br><br>Would also make a good lesson horse for a coach to use in lesson program. <br><br>Please e-mail or call for more info on lease arrangements. Exercise Rider/ Trainer in USA/Canada

Hi, I have just moved to the lower mainland and am looking to continue riding and training in my spare time. I recently finished a year contract as a groom for a private dressage barn where my duties included everything from ground work starting young horses to exercising well schooled dressage horses. I also have previous experience riding cutting horses, from barely greenbroke to well trained. I have learned to put a solid foundation on young horses so every step of the way they build trust and confidence in their rider. They are introduced to as many things as possible (poles/small jumps, tarps, bridges, vehicles, trail riding) all the while implementing the german scale of training, starting with rhythym, balance and connection. I can also exercise ride (or lunge) and/or condition horses for up coming shows/events/races. I find it beneficial for the horse to 'go back to basics' and keep it fun to re-focus and re-fresh them when they have been in a steady training routine. Would love to work p/t alongside an established trainer/coach. I can provide references upon request. *please e-mail only for first enquiries.
