PASTURE BOARDING AVAILABLE for 1 or 2 horses in USA/Canada
in Boarding
Enjoy 17 gorgeous acres of rural land (live oak woods, two 5 acre pastures and one 3 acre pasture)10 miles SW of Gainesville. Horse fenced with electric top wire, there are also many paddocks/feed lots to keep feed time peaceful. For now only 1 or 2 horses will be boarded here, plus the two that I own, so it is quiet, low-key and there will be plenty of grass. The owner (me) lives & works on premises, so checks on the horses frequently and can meet the vet or ferrier.
Included are 2 sets of cross ties, wash area, lot’s of space (shelves, tack hanging, saddle racks & trunk space) in the large tack room, a shaded 50’ wooden round pen, feeding 2x daily, one supplement (that you’d provide) plus salt and mineral blocks. I can provide minor wound care and like to give each horse a little daily affection.
You’d pay $150/horse/month + hay & feed. There are 160+ acres of shaded bridle trails & dirt roads rarely traveled by cars -- truly a trail-rider’s paradise.
