Ginger has been a beloved horse and trail companion since 2004. When my kids go trail riding ginger is who we choose to put our 10 year old daughter on. Not once since we have owned her has she ever done one thing to hurt or scare us. Anyone can ride her. She also raised a couple of really nice colts and I do believe that she could be homozygous; however I have not had her tested. Ginger has a nice TWH smooth gait, but she is registered a spotted saddle horse. She is awesome on trails and nothing has ever seemed to bother her. She has also been shown many times and does well. This horse believes she is dog. Following us around the farm is her favorite thing to do. Ginger is extremely easy to shoe, load, tie on camp lines and bathe. This horse you just can’t go wrong with. Freckles is one of a kind horse. We have had youth riders as young as four and as old as seventy years young riding this horse. Freckles is so gentle any one can ride him. I have to say if you want speed he would not be suitable. Even though walking and not getting in a hurry is his favorite thing to do, you can still canter along with your friends and have a very safe and smooth ride. Freckles loves people and he is very easy to saddle and bridle. My 10 year old has ridden this horse everywhere. We have used freckles English riding lessons and for leasing. Everyone has enjoyed him. This horse can jump easily and safely. We have shown him hunt seat and some light jumping classes. Freckles can also work off leg cues and will side pass. This horse never spooks at anything we have had Go carts four-wheelers, tractors, golf carts, and around him and he never takes notice. He is perfect for a beginner rider.
