Topgun Connemara stallion competing 2nd level dressage and who won Champion Stallion and the Champion Connemara in hand at the 2007 ACPS Region IV Connemara Pony Show in Canterbury, FL. He also won the Mountain and Moorland Class and the Open Pony Championship Topgun produces wonderful crosses with great athletic ability.<br><br>The Grand sire is Gun smoke born in Ireland in 92 and in 1996 performance tested as Irelands highest scoring Connemara stallion. 1995 - Clifden 2nd PLACE Three Year Old Colts and 1994 - Clifden 1st PLACE Two Year Old Colts. GUN SMOKE, is a powerful and athletic stallion with tremendous substance, type and temperament. He is a magnificent jumper with 3 naturally great gaits, and is a prepotent sire, passing these qualities on to his offspring.<br> <br>Shoguns dam is a very well put together mustang who is a 4ft jumper who excels in hunters/dressage as well. This boy is an athlete who will win for you in the hunter or dressage ring no doubt. His grand dam was a course jumper of 5ft at only 14.1hands. The sire was 15.1h and the dam is 15.2h so shogun should mature around 15.1h. Will be a perfect sport pony for a young child or smaller adult. Handled daily and taking well to leading with a very willing and smart personality. Shogun is not afraid of anything and I have seen him jump a 1.5ft jump at almost 2 months old that was set up in our arena while he was running loose with no fear! Sargeant(Mike Reggie JR) is a 17H Bay TB gelding with a wonderful personality. His training includes 90 days training with professional Hunter trainer Ashley alreddy, 30 days with former Olympic team rider Jeffrey Taylor and 3 years with hunter rider Steve cronnonwett. Sargeant is trained in Hunters, eventing, dressage, trail, and barrel racing. This big guy has a wonderful temperament and can be ridden by a novice rider. He is about as bombproof as they come. Loves to swim, had been in parades, goes through water, over tarps, etc. He acts the same at a show as he does at home so you don’t get the show stress. Very gorgeous boy who will stand out in the ring. Even though this guy is big he can turn on a dime and keeps right up with the quarter horses in barrel racing. Has taken grand and reserve champion at the barrel shows. Sargeant is sired by the great TURKOMAN and out of PRINCESS RAQUEL. His grand sire is the famous and well known ALDAR in the Thoroughbred hall of fame. Sargeant was a great racer and won $89,000 on the track and was a black type runner. This boy loves to run but you would never know it unless you ask him too. Very calm and laid back. Run him on a barrel pattern and he is quite as can be walking out the gate.
