Our horse training is an ongoing process that is built on a foundation of establishing respect, building trust, developing friendship, and ending in love. Most of our horses are purchased at the age of one year or under, and are trained initially at Bitsfit Ranch. I specialize in groundwork that teaches the horse, a flight animal, to put respect for me (humans) above his fear, to respect and trust me, and to always stop and ask for direction when a fearful situation occurs for him.
