Phanci is a reg, half arabian tobiano mare. Very Flashy!!! We have decided to reduce our numbers. Been out on trails, at sugarcreek, ceaserscreek, and houston woods. Has ponied other horses, has no bite, kick or rear. Stands for farrier and vet. does not require shoes. Would make an excellant prospect for show or competitive trail, proven broodmare. Great 4-h project for next year for adv beginner on up for intermediate rider. Has been trained to w/t/c, but would need a refresher as not been able to work her that much this year. Our stalls are 12x12 so there is plenty of room for all different shapes and sizes. We are minutes from st rt 35 and 675; with easy access to sugarcreek, ceasar creek, and carrage hill trails. Stalls are limited. please note stalls are with shavings. the one pictured below is a stall we turned into a foaling stall with straw. Stalls are cleaned daily. We provide a tack room, wash bay, indoor arena and round pen. Full care or partial care available
