I'm looking for 15+ acres of land/pasture to rent/lease for 10 horses for my family and I. We're not looking for anything like a big/fancy setup, just 15+ acres of land, fencing already up is required, a big run-in shed or barn, would need to have access to a stream or creek for the horses(or just access to any water). We'd care for them ourselves everyday, you would not have to do anything but rent us the land! We're looking for a farm/land within or 30 minutes away(preferbly within 20 minutes but will do 30)from Brunswick, Maryland 21716. Somewhere in Frederick/Washington County(MD), Jefferson County(WV) and Loudoun County(VA) would be ideal for us. We're currently renting a farm in New Market/Union Bridge area but would like to find somewhere closer if possible due to gas prices and being close to our horses.
