He finished 2nd in BN at Middle Tennessee...just one point from high score for the entire event. Has schooled Novice and some training level. Competing at second level with a 62% and first place at his first showing of this level. Familiar with extended trot, extended canter, shoulder in, haunches in, leg yielding, counter canter, and others. Dressage instructores absolutely love him. Always in the top three after dressage in events...usually first. Has done 3' hunter/jumpers but currently a dressage horse. Could go much higher! Good for vet and farrier, loads and hauls great. Finnegan is 3/4 TB 1/4 shire(ask more details about his breeding! He's got really nice movement and ALOT of presence. He's super smart and playful, and can be a bit of a handful if you don't mess with him on a regular basis. That's why he's up for sale. I don't have time to work him regulary and he gets BORED! He's not mean, just still a green baby. He needs a job and purpose and I think once he has that he will be fabulous. He has also been free lunged over 18-24" jumps and did ok once he figured it out. He has basic Parelli training. Stands for farrier (but I don't know how he'd do with shoes, he's always been barefoot) and vet no problem. He's learning to stand tied and load in a trailer. He does ok if you have patience. Does well with other horses. Come check him out!!! He won't be available long! Bar S Fairly Fun is a very sweet and easy going Barrel/Pole horse. Barry runs consistent 20 sec. pole pattern and has ran a couple 19’s and is a 2-D barrel horse. Would make a great Wrangler or High School rodeo horse. He has also been breakaway, heeled, and goat tied off of. Barry has limited runs on him this summer but placed high at all the races he went to. He loads, hauls, clips and baths. No bad habits. Barry also has showing in Hunter/jumpers. He is an all around horse and is willing to do anything you ask him too. Easy horse to be around walks in the gait no problem, but when you ask him to go he is going to go.
