Why don't I receive my inquiries?
When someone inquires on your ad, we email the inquiry to the email address on your account. If you are not receiving your inquiries, then:
- Please double-check your email address (go to "my account," click the "Account" tab, and click "Change contact info" to see what email we are sending to).
- Send yourself a test inquiry on your ad.
- If you don't receive the test inquiry within 2 hours, then your spam blocker is probably preventing you from receiving inquiries. You might have to add email@example.com to your address book so that you can receive your inquiries. Consult your software or your ISP to find out how to prevent your inquiries from being spam-blocked, or read our FAQ on spam blocking.
