Ashwood stands about 15 hands, very
quiet, acts like a gelding, and very
easy to work with. He will make a great
all around horse, trail horse or ranch
horse. Nothing seems to bother him too
much, we have used him all summer on
trail rides, working around the other
horses and in the arena. We can let him
stand, grab him out of pasture and ride
off like we rode him yesterday. We can
throw an intermediate rider on him and
not worry about him acting up or testing

intermediate rider. Ashwood clips,
bathes, is used to kids, dogs, traffic,
atv's, tarps on him, deer and birds
flying up at him. You can ride him with
mares or geldings, he is a gentleman
with great ground manners. He has bred
for 2 seasons, his first foal crop were
palominos. If you are looking for a
breeding stallion with pedigree, that
can throw color, ride and not have to
worry about him acting like a stallion
