Al is a very large animal, fills out
my 50 inch girth, big all over and still
growing! What a great personality he
has! Loves people and treats, very
willing to learn and basically a very
quiet horse.
We hauled Al to four
weekend shows this summer to give him
some exposure, showed him in hand and he
was a winner in hunter in hand. Great
experience for him, walked right on the
trailer and travels great. Loves the
show environment with all the action,
not real spooky or anything at the
shows, kids, bikes, trains, carts,
trucks and trailers going by.
Al
could go in any direction at this point,
he is green broke, gently started and
lends himself to dressage as well as
being a hunter. Definitely has the
jumping ability and will be a quick
study to start over fences. Loves to
free jump!
Good, sound, well
preserved horse. He was supposed to be
my personal show horse but arthritis and
old age has gotten the best of me. My
loss is your gain!
