Blue is an outstanding paint gelding,
standing approximately 16 hands tall. He
is extremely well balanced, athletic,
and bombproof. He is very responsive to
your leg/seat aids, making it very easy
to frame his head and stay collected.
Blue hadn't been ridden for a few months
due to owner having an injury, but after
a month of frequently riding him and
getting him back into shape, i took him
to a few eventing shows at the novice
level. He placed very well with no
refusals watsoever. The judge was very
impressed by how well he did and how
enthusiastic he was when he was showing.
He is extremely brave and never even
hesitates to take a jump. I school him
training level stadium and cross country
jumps with no problem at all. Blue also
loves trail riding and doesnt mind doing
western either. I have attempted to
barrel race him, which he didnt have a
problem with. He ties, clips, stands for
vet and farrier, trailers, etc with no
issues.
Blue is being sold due
to owner not being able to keep as many
horses as she has.
