Chance is a wonderful horse. He is very
sweet and very much a people horse. He
comes to the gate as soon as he sees
you. His beautiful color and sweet
desposition has everyone starring at him
everytime he steps off the trailer. He
is very solid and spooks at nothing.
Even as a two year old he would lead
trail rides without a worry in the
world. He will talk over or thru
anything you ask him to. I have been
trying to trailer him out somewhere at
least every other weekend this summer
whether it be to local shows, barrel
races, or to trail ride somewhere. He
enjoys going wherever. He trailers
great. He has placed in western pleasure
classes this summer at local shows and
I’ve just started working him around the
barrel pattern. He understands very well
when he is supposed to be slow and
collected and when I want more speed
from him. He can jog, lope, side pass,
turn on the forehand, and carries his
head low. He had 60 days of professional
training in 2007, 30 days in 2008, and
has been ridden all the time since. He
is up to date on all shots and coggins,
he had his teeth floated last October,
he was wormed on August 2, and had his
feet trimmed on August 3. I use him in
lessons with intermediate riders and he
does well. My family members who are
defiantly beginners also ride him
without a problem. He is perfect for the
farrier and the vet and he loves bathes
(especially if you let him drink out of
the hose)! He is just a wonderful, must
see horse. I really hate to sell him but
its just not financially feasible to
keep him.
