Challenger is a gentle horse who is
still energetic. We use him for a lesson
horse with both children and adults. He
has a good walk and will trot and canter
on command. He stops well and is
attentive to his rider. He is the
youngest 17 y.o. you will ever see. He
is trail savy with hundreds of trail
miles on him. He does not have any
injuries nor any bad habits. He stands
for the farrier, trailers,etc. Everthing
you would expect in an well trained
experienced horse. He is not spooky
since he has seen about everything there
is to see. And he will be the first
horse to come up to you in the paddock.
He was a real confidence builder for my
wife who had a bad experience on a
younger horse. Now she is ready again,
but because of Challenger helping her
build back that trust and confidence.
She is a much better rider and is going
to let Challenger help someone else
build their confidence and riding
