Strider is an eye-catching TOBIANO
coloring, which is brown, black and
white with a multi-colored mane and
tail. Strider has all the
characteristics of the SPOTTED SADDLE
HORSE breed - very muscular, solidly
thick bones and BOMB-PROOF CALM.
Strider is 12 years and stands 15.3
hands so he is perfect for larger
riders. He is absolutely bomb-proof so
he would also be good as a
confidence-building horse. Stands to be
mounted, moves right out when asked but
with a calmness that prefers to walk.
Strider reins both ENGLISH and WESTERN!
Easy trot and smooth rocking canter
which he'll move into at the touch of
your leg. No buck, rear or bolt in this
horse. He has been taken out on miles
and miles of trails and will go wherever
you point his head. Unlike many horses,
Strider will also go on trails by
himself! Because of his NON-SPOOKY
calmness we are planning on entering him
in his first parade in late July 2010.
He has a recent coggins and is
up-to-date on all worming, shots and
shoeing. We have 8 horses, only 2
riders and need the money right now so
