Shilo has been in training for about 10
months, only backed last summer as a 4yr
old. She has never been anywhere near a
track. She has an amazing soft and
light trot that is well suited to the
Hunters and her canter is steady and
quiet.
She is super easy to
handle on the ground. Shilo loves a
bath, loads onto anything, clips and
stands for the farrier...
At home
she is schooling through a 3'6"+ course
with ease. She is showing in the
2'6"-2'9" classes and doing very well.
She is honest to the fences, and as
reliable as a school horse in the ring.
Currently Shilo is solid in her
flat work including basic lateral work
(shoulder-in). She has also spent a few
days on cross country and is showing her
confidence through water jumps and over
a variety of fences in open
fields.
