Star is a gorgeous, kid safe mare. She is a trail horse and will go ANYWHERE, she opens gates, backs and stands good. Quarter Horse/Arabian Cross. She loads, clips, baths, and stands for farrier without a problem. She has been around dogs and they don't bother her. She is about 15+ years old. shes been in numerous 4-H fun shows with my daughters (14& 15) and does great. she is neck reigned and can go bareback too. my daughter wants to get into barrel racing and needs a younger horse
