"Spring" is a registered foundation QH
mare who is currently being ridden
trails. In the past she was used for
breeding and for barrels and poles in
4H. I was riding her weekly until about
three months ago, but she's been on
pasture without being worked with all
summer. Last summer I had her doing
rollbacks and sliding stops but I'm sure
she's getting rusty by now. She has had
5 babies in the past, four of which were
also roans. She is an awesome mom and
easy keeper. She is very well mannered
but I would not recommend her for any
beginner rider because she needs to be
ridden with a light hand and good
balance. She has a very soft mouth and
doesn't need someone yanking on it. She
rides best in a hackamore or light
