Edie is a 6 year old mare that was born
broke. She is extremely gentle and
sensitive to the needs of her rider.
Edie is an excellent horse for a
beginner. She is child and "husband"
safe. Edie is a wonderful lesson horse
as well. She does not mind following
but doesn't like to get left behind on
the trail. She has a slow gait but if
you speed her up she tends to pace. We
put kegs on all 4 feet and haven't
really experimented with her shoes to
smooth her out.
Edie is very
affectionate. She is easy to catch and
loves attention. Children wallow all
over her on a regular basis.
Edie
is up to date on all of her shots and
has a current coggins. She stands for
the farrier, bathes and loads like a
dream.
She really is a steal!
