Buddy is safe for
advanced beginners on up. He has a
smooth runwalking gait and a good
racking gait that tops out around 10mph
and he has a very nice short lope
canter. Buddy has excellent control,
neck reins, and backs up also. He will
ride alone or in a group and you don't
have to find him in the pasture he will
find you. Buddy was ridden by a woman
the past 4 years and she got him as a 2
yr old and he has had plenty of trail
riding experience and will be safe for
anyone to ride. He has been used in
field trials also. This is a been there
done it kind of horse. He will go up or
down even the steepest slopes, across
deep creeks, over downed trees, and over
all types of rough terrain while still
being sure footed. He has been rode in
traffic and is safe around cars and
trucks. He has a great attitude and an
easy going personality.
