Casper is a 3 year old sweet little pony
mare that I rescued. She had terrible
rain rot and was very skinny. She is
much healthier now!!! She still has
some rain rot, but it is getting much
better. She has gained alot of weight
and could still stand to gain another
20-25 lbs. She is a little hard to
catch, but she is coming around better
each day. She can be caught pretty easy
with feed in our large pasture. She
leads very well, stands tied, and you
can lift all 4 feet. I would classify
her as green broke because I have led a
couple of kids around on her without any
problems, but I have not turned any
loose on her. She did not buck or act
silly in any way. With a couple of
weeks of one on one attention she will
be an awesome kid's pony because she
does not have a mean bone in her body.
If you would like to eventually use her
as a broodmare, she will ALWAYS throw
unique colors because she is a true
CREMELLO. She will be an asset to any
pony breeding program because you can
breed her to a smaller stud and get a
mini or breed to a larger stud and get a
bigger pony.
