Anglo-trakehner mare to good home
willing to ride lightly or add vet care.
Mattie is looking for a good home with
an easier job than she has right now.
Currently she is working 3x a week, with
Adequan and Bute on-board, but her rear
pasterns are hurting her, and I have
recent x-rays that would go with her.
The x-rays aren’t bad, and the vet
believes that injecting her pasterns
and/or hocks could help, but I can’t
afford that right now. She isn’t lame,
she just isn’t happy. She has a cataract
in her right eye, but is a wonderful
mover and has no problems riding in the
indoor and outdoor arenas. I have
learned so much from her, but she’d like
to do less now. She is happy to be alone
rather than with pasture mates, and she
is not for a beginner rider. If you are
