Rits has a wonderful personallity and
loves attention. He stands quiet for
the farrier, in fact I trim my own
horses and he's perfect. I sit on a
stool with rollers and roll around him
to tirm while he's in the cross ties. I
like my horses bare foot. Ritz had
shoes on when I bought him and he was
smoother at a fast running walk. He
doesn't pace. I've never cantered him,
but from what he looks like in the
pasture, I'd assume it would be smooth.
He has no vices, is the bottom of my
herd. My Standardbred and pony push him
around. No Special needs, just gets
grass and now hay. No grain. I've
camped with him and he was wonderful on
the picket line. I've ridden him alone
and in a group, He'll lead, follow or
go inbetween, Seems to get along well
with other horses. Crosses water. You
