Tyler is a handsome registered 8 year
old dark bay 17 HH thoroughbred gelding.
He is kind, gentle and easy to handle on
the ground including the farrier and
vet. He is very willing and calm under
saddle and has a soft mouth with
extremely smooth gaits. He has been
ridden outside on the trail, has
dressage training, and has been used as
a lesson horse. Tyler has most recently
been ridden by amateurs under trainer
direction. He is a lovely, cadenced
mover with talent and good
confirmation.
He is easy to
catch, clip, trailer, bathe and tack up.
He ground ties and LOVES being groomed!
He is used to being turned out with
other horses and has been kept outside
but is also fine in a stall. Ty is UTD
with hoof care, vaccinations and
teeth.
Tyler is a mild cribber
but this is easily prevented with a
collar (I haven't seen him crib in
ages!). He has a mild roar (priced
accordingly), but it isn’t loud and
doesn’t impact his physical abilities
for regular work.
