Maximus is a 17.2 hh, 11 yo
Hanoverian/draft X gelding. He has done
dressage, hunter/jumper and a x-country
clinic. Max does leg yield, shoulder
in, started flying changes and
collection/lengthens. Great mover,
brave to fences.
He was
part-leased to a Jr. in Alberta, where
he did some h/j schooling shows and we
shared him for the x-country clinic. He
was just as calm at the shows as he is
at home. He is honest, willing, gentle
and just the right mix of quiet/lazy &
sensitive. Requires confident,
experienced rider.
Good on
trails, crosses the river and the black
train bridge. Bathes, clips, loads,
excellent for farrier and vet. Gets
along well with other horses. Too many
horses, not enough time!
