Penny is waiting for a riding companion!
She would make a nice 4-H project for
that someone who is wanting to learn
together. She knows leg cues,haunch
turns, and gate pass through. She has had
some time in the arena. With a little
time and effort, Penny could do most
anything. She is bred from "cutting
stock." She has a nice stout build.
Nice head, chest, and full hip. She is
15H/weighs 1100 lbs. Very attractive
mare.
She is easy to catch and
handle. She leads,loads,trailers,
ties, and is good for the farrier. Penny
is very people friendly. Most of the
time, she will come to you, by just
calling out her name.
I have
owned Penny since she was three. I have
always kept her up to date on all of her
shots, wormer. I had her teeth floated
last year. She is an "Easy Keeper!"
We have used Penny mostly for
trails. I did use her to move cattle
twice. Everyone has ridden
Penny(Myself,husband,daughters,granddaug
hters). Although she is gentle, she can
be quick on her feet. Would be suitable
for an intermediate/experienced rider.
I am asking $1,800/tack
included.
(Saddle pad,halter/lead
rope,bridle,lunge line).
I do
have pic's for those who are sincerely
interested in Penny.
