This pony does it all! "Taffy" is a
sweet mare with lots of show experience
in the Hunter ring. She is quiet with
lots of personality and would be great
for an intermediate rider. She has
excellent ground manners, walk, trot,
and canters quietly. She has been ridden
in Pony Club and rated through C1, loves
to be on the trails (alone or with
company)and has a willing flying lead
change. She also been ridden dressage
and cross-country and even used for pony
rides. She most recently has been
showing Hunters and is consistently
showing 2'3" but has schooled up to
2'9". Taffy can be kept in a stall or
turned out. She leads, clips, bathes,
trailers, stands for the farrier and vet
no problem! None of the hauling, noise,
crowded arenas, etc. will bother her. In
addition to being shown locally she has
also qualified for the State 4-H show
with a 12 year old rider in Hunter Hack,
Hunter Under Saddle, and Eq. on the
Flat. She placed in the top 3 in all
three events. She also has lots of
Grooming and Showmanship experience and
can also be ridden western with no
problem! I'm selling her sadly because
I've outgrown her and am moving on to a
larger horse. She taught me a lot about
riding and I'll miss her but she
deserves a home where she'll be used and
loved.
