I am searching for a FREE or extremely
cheap pasture-mate/babysitter for my
Arab/QH gelding. He's getting lonely
since the cows he was kept with have
been sold. I'm an experienced
horseperson/rider that can give your
horse a terrific home on several acres
of pasture complete with a pond, a
run-in shed, and a barn with an attached
run-in as well.
I am not picky
on age, breed, color, just no stallions
please! Healthy/sane/sound is a must.
They cannot have previously foundered
since they will be kept on pasture.
Arthritis, stiffness, or old injuries I
can deal with, just not major soundness
issues. I would prefer an older horse
that has several miles and is looking
for a retirement home as a pasture
ornament that can do light trail riding
around the pasture with the neighbor
kids.
I can assure you, your
horse will get wonderful care on a
beautiful farm that is clean,
well-maintained, and very carefully
looked after. I can email pictures of
the barn and pasture if need be. Please
