Hi there, my name is Tocori. My
registered name is The Prince of Swing.
I am a Tennessee Walking Horse and am
registered as a Racking Horse.
My
father, a Tennessee Walking Horse, is
the King of Swing from the Pusher line.
My mom is a Tennessee Walking Horse as
well. I am 15. 2 ½ inches tall and still
growing.
I am looking for a new
human to take care of me, teach me new
things, take me to new places and love
me. I have lots of potential and can be
trained anything you wish me to
learn.
I just turned (3) years
old on November 21st . I am under saddle
for almost a year now (no heavy work or
jumping of course).
I have been
participated in four (4) Obstacle
Challenges already and have placed
between 3rd and 5th on all of them. My
human thinks that this is a great
accomplishment for a 2 year old. Besides
those Obstacle Challenges I have done
lots of trail rides all over the place.
I love to learn new things and have
pretty good manners for a youngster. My
trailer manners are also perfect; I can
even load and unload all by myself.
I am very responsive and also
have an excellent stop. I consider
myself a safe ride and am very easy
going for my age. That is due to being
in training (lots of ground work and
ponying from a well trained mare) since
I was weaned from my mom.
My
human has worked with me on natural
horsemanship training.
I am used to
walking over bridges, teeter-totters,
plastic tarps, natural and man-made
water holes and even really weird
things, like a pool full of plastic
bottles; I have seen lots of deer,
mountain bikes and wild pigs.
I
am very curious and very friendly. You
never have to catch me; I will come and
greet you at the gate. I love attention.
I would love to find somebody who
already has another horse, so I can have
a friend.
I am also looking for
somebody with some experience with
horses; after all, I am still a
youngster and that doesn’t match very
well with a green rider.
Oh, I
almost forgot to mention, I only want to
meet humans who are not into those heavy
pads and chains for gait improvement. I
don’t like those kinds of
things.
