Dahlia is a great trail horse with years
of experience trail riding in demanding
terrain. She is gentle, has a low key
disposition with the sweetest
personality you could ask for. She is a
wonderful horse for a beginner. She has
a very relaxed, easy going nature and
way about her, doesn't get rattled,
nervous, or spook, used to riding in
different places with different horses.
Great size for a child or adult, not
intimidating. Would be an ideal lesson
horse, because of her gentle nature.
She patiently can help you learn to
ride. Natural barefoot smooth running
walk, no trot or pace, smooth easy going
canter. Stays in her gaits, soft
snaffle mouth, easy to turn and stop.
Easy to trim, shoe, clip, tie,bathe,
load,haul, groom, and tack. No vices,
sound, clean legs, hard hooves, never
padded or worn heavy shoes. Doesn't get
cranky or moody in season. Not been a
show horse, but has worked in a ring
when she recieved her formal training.
She LOVES the trails, is surefooted,
doesn't trip, and goes whre you point
her nose. Safe along the road. Camps,
pickets,rides at night, in the rain &
cold. Leads or follows. Loves the
water, swims in the ocean and river.
Pastured, stalled, easy to catch,
doesn't fight with other horses. Stays
the same broke quiet girl during long
lay-offs. Current on shots, coggins,
farrier, teeth, and worming. Can send
videos. Not interested in trades.
