Tobie is an excellent horse but needs some work due to his previous history. Even thought he had a hard life I do not belive he has a mean bone in his body. My father has been able to ride him lately.I believe it was bare back. I havent put a saddle on him or a bridle. He loads, trims, and more... He is a quarter horse mix. He has beautiful coloring.
