I am looking for a single Draft horse or
team that are road ready and can pull
light to medium carriages. Must be good
in traffic and aged 6 yrs or older but
not older than 18 yrs. Color doesn't
matter, but must have good temperament
and easy keeper.
Our town needs a
mascot... and my buggy business will
promote a very special horse needed to
fill this position. I am a widowed
mother and looking for a way to make
ends meet by starting this business. I
have a little mare that pulls a small
cart but she cannot pull the larger
carriages. I have a few very nice
carriages but no horse to pull them, can
you help? I am a huge horse lover and
have had horses for 15 years + and they
not only get all the care needed but get
spoiled nicely too. I wouldn't mind
taking a rescue horse and give him/her a
very nice home but he/she would have to
be able to drive nicely. But my primary
focus is on a horse ready to work today.
I only work 2-3 days per week so they
will have plenty of play time and will
get top notch care. After all they'd be
the driving force of the business. I am
in northern Arizona and my town has
roughly 20,000 residents and mild 4
seasons here in the mountains.
