(AKA Rambo) is a 16.0hh, 8 yr old, Bay
Gelding with 4 white feet!!! We have
known Rambo for several years while he
has been making his home back up in a
hollow in Eastern Kentucky with a friend
of ours. Rambo has been trail ridden
about every weekend for the last several
years and rarely ever missed a ride
except in the winter months. Rambo has
always been a good steady horse, always
the same every time you get on him,
whether he has been ridden every day or
hasn’t been on in a few months, he just
always takes care of business as usual.
He has been ridden on many night rides,
been shown on the Saturday nights, and
went on numerous camping trips in
several different states. Rambo has
been trail ridden by kids and adults a
like. Rambo is gentle and safe for
beginners to ride and is sure to help
build anyone’s confidence levels. Rambo
has a smooth runwalking gait, a good
racking gait as well up to 12mph and he
also have a decent canter. He has a laid
back disposition and will walk slowly
when asked but move out easily. Rambo is
easy to catch, clip, bath, tack-up,
load, and handle. He is registered
KNGHA. Rambo has had 1 month of
professional gaiting, trail and
bombproof training. He has been ridden
around farm equipment, ATV’s, over large
noisy tarps and has also had guns shot
off of his back. Just like everything we
say about our horses, we have the videos
to prove it. No matter where he goes or
what he does, Rambo is not spooky
acting. On the trails he is always
great! Rambo has been exposed to all
kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey
or other animals like cows or dogs and
will go anywhere that he is asked too.
He has been rode many miles in the
mountains of Eastern Kentucky and
Tennessee and encountered every obstacle
possible on the trail. He will go up or
down even the steepest slopes, across
deep creeks, over downed trees, and over
all types of rough terrain while still
being sure footed. He has been rode in
traffic and is safe around cars and
trucks. He has a great attitude and an
easy going personality. Rambo will
eliminate and protect you from danger!!!
