Melvin is 15.2 hands and is about
11 years old. He is the best possible
beginners horse you could get. He rides
bare-back and is mainly a very calm
horse. Also he is a good mover and has
never kicked or bit at anyone. Melvin is
very lovable and will follow you around
like a lost puppy.It's really cool
because when someone is riding him (Like
a dead beginner) they wont even have to
touch the reins if you are walking in
front of him. I guess the reason that
he follows you around is because he used
to be an trail horse.I have no
information about his past trail and
lesson horse experiences. We bought him
a few monthes ago, and when we bought
him he was really under weight. Now he
is in very good shape and also the
people said he was UTD with his shots
but we aren't for sure. He has no bad
habbits like cribbing and he is very
good with his hooves being
trimmed.Sometimes you just have to touch
his leg and he will raise it up.He was
my first horse and I couldn't have been
luckier to get him. He is perfect for
kids too. The only reason we are selling
him is because i would like a nice horse
for barrel racing. So please if you have
