I have owned Worthy for the past 8 yrs.
She had one foal before I purchased her.
She is a registered Pinto, her sire was
a Welsh Pony and dam was a Tb.
I
broke her to ride when I purchased her
and she has been used primarely as a
trailhorse since. I have done fun shows
, parades, and ridden at the Bill Mills
trail rides in Fairhill Md, and numerous
other state parks.
Worthy walks,
trots, caters, backs up, neck reins and
direct reins. I broke her to ride
bitless, in a hackamore and bitless
bridle she works fine in both. I also
have started working her some in a happy
mouth mullen bit, only because I know
that some riders prefer a bit, she is
adapting well to it.
She is road
safe, crosses ditches, bridges, goes
through water, up and down hills, will
lead and follow. She loads and trailers
great. Good for the vet and farrier. Is
UTD on vaccines, neg. coggins, farrier,
worming and dentist. She has good strong
feet has always been barefoot, also an
easy keeper, on grass/hay only.
I am
selling because my husband no longer
rides and we have to many horses.
