Red is registered with APHA and he comes
with papers. He does have a lot of
quarter horse in his pedigree. He is
bred to be a cow horse. We have worked
some calves on him and tossed a rope off
of him. He neck reins, backs, has a nice
general handle, and is extremely laid
back and calm at all times.
This
horse has a very nice confirmation. He
is thick, strong, smart, and has
endurance. His versatility makes him
suitable for several different
disciplines. He has a nice attitude and
is very easy to work with. Red could be
enjoyed by any rider, beginner to
experienced.
Red has no buck,
bite, kick, rear, cribbing, or other
vices. He will be the same horse if you
ride him every day or every few weeks.
He is SOUND, BROKE, SAFE, and
dependable.
Red is a perfect
gentleman. He will stand tied for hours.
He stands well for grooming, tacking,
and mounting. He loads very easily and
rides nice and quiet. He gets along very
well with other horses. Red is fine with
the farrier. He is not barn sour or
buddy sour.
Red is fantastic on
the trail. He will ride out alone, in
front, or pull up the rear. He keeps a
nice, steady pace and enjoys a
challenge. He is very sure footed and
can walk through anything.
Red
is walking on iron, has a current
coggins, has been wormed regularly, and
well taken care of. He is a really easy
keeper (does not require much feed) in
spite of his size.
