Modelo is the sweetest horse I have ever
known. A registered Paint, he is a rock
solid trail horse. We lived on a ranch
for a year and he would not spook at any
animal encountered on the trail,
including exoctic game and quail
directly underfoot. He was also used for
herding cattle on the ranch. He was
originally trained in Western Pleasure
by the breeder's trainer. I bought him
from the breeder and I am his only
owner. I rode him in Dressage and
Hunter under saddle lessons for a while
before returning to western. He has
beautiful patterns and I have not seen
another paint that looks quite like him.
Modelo is very willing and trys to
please. He is not for complete
begginers. He would be very
eye-catching in any show ring. I am
selling due to financial reasons and I
have old knee and ankle injuries that
make riding painful. He stands for
farrier, loads in the trailer and stands
cross-tied. A good home is a must. He
currently at a barn located in Dripping
Springs, just outside of Austin, TX.
