“Maybe” is a big bodied and
attractive mare, basic-broke and ready
for your program, athletic enough to be
taken any direction. She is correct,
flat kneed and naturally level with
bloodlines that go back to many
foundation greats,
http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/joek+ac
es+maybellene. With an incredibly soft
cadenced stride for such a big mare she
will get noticed in any pen!
This quiet, kind hearted mare
has impeccable ground manners. She
hauls, clips, baths, ties and tacks
with no issues. While here she has had
no lameness issues or vices. Easy
keeper and possesses a great attitude
towards the other horses and all
people. “Maybe” embraces any kind of
attention and meets you at the gate
daily.
This flashy mare is easy
to get along with and EXTREMELY willing
to learn. She has a quiet, trainable
mind with a ''want to please''
attitude. Up until this point she has
had limited riding and has not been in
any type of “show-program”.
She
takes every new request easily and is
quickly learning the finishing
concepts. She has been ridden mostly
western but will definitely do the hunt
seat as well! Her size and looks make
her the ideal all around prospect.
“Maybe” will continue being ridden
until sold. She will be started on the
HUS and Showmanship. Price will
increase with training.
The
video currently posted is from the
first "bit-up" lesson - shows you how
willing this mare is to go up in-to-the
bridle. I apologize for the windstorm,
I had to cluck pretty loud so she could
hear me…you may want to turn the volume
down. She actually had a bit to much
bit in (twisted snaffle), she could
have easily gotten away with a small
smooth snaffle, as she is super soft
mouthed. As you can tell I am both
video taping & working the whip. This
mare can give you a big trot...not seen
to it's fullest potential in this clip.
(Too hard to both tasks on yourself.)
Clipping the video down to 60sec also
sped up the playtime slightly - she is
a slow legged trotter. If you would
like to view the original video, please
email it to me and I'll send it to you.
More Videos & additional photos will be
available. Conformation & HUS photos to
follow soon. Please contact to arrange
to view.
Here's an incredible
opportunity to own, finish and show a
true diamond-in-the-rough! She has the
potential to be an awesome all-arounder
with the right hands and just a bit of
time! She is priced to sell in the
hopes that this mare go to a show home
and be given the opportunity to learn
and excel.
* New photos and
video clips will be available as
training continues to progress.
*
She will be kept UTD on all farrier,
shots and worming.
* Coggins can be
completed if required.
