this mare is just Gorgeous to boot!!
Stands around 14.2 hands, weighs around
1000lbs. GREAT with all her ground work.
Easy to catch anywhere, pastures,
stalls, corrals, Leads well & respects
your space. She ties without issues,
picks up her hooves, trims/shoes, Got
new shoes (9-22-09), Saddles & Bridles
well, blankets, bathes, good about
getting all braided up, she is good with
clippers too. She literally gets handled
by just kids. They catch her, tack her
up, pick out her hooves, & we don’t have
to Worry that this mare might try
something, she is a Fantastic horse that
the Kids can do all the work on.
Star is a Trained Halter Mare & has
competed in 4-H, Horse Clubs & in State
Wide Shows. She sets up great & does all
the maneuvers well. She is great for
Showmanship as well. She too rides
Western & competes in Western Pleasure,
Western Equitation, Reining & in the
Trail Class. She too rides English
competing in English Pleasure &
Equitation. We have taken this mare over
ground poles, we believe she could make
a Nice little Jumping pony with further
training. Star has done most of the
Play-Day Games as well. Barrels, Poles,
Key-Hole, etc. She has been used in
Parades and in Grand Entries, She will
pack flags Anywhere. We use this mare in
our Lesson Program, she is Great on a
Lounge line for the beginner riders to
learn how to handle a horse, before
getting turned loose. Tons of experience
on the ranch, on trails, up in the
mountains. You can ride or Pack this
mare as well. You can rope on her, you
can drag calves to the fire or drag a
dead animal out doesn’t matter. We use
her to push cattle, pasture rotate sheep
& Goats, She is good with Llamas &
Alpacas. Best way to describe Star is
she is Just an Over Sized Puppy Dog. She
will follow you anywhere and she loves
to be loved on.
This little
mare would make a Great horse for your
wife if you want her to start riding
with you. This is a Young Girls Dream
Horse, every little girl dreams of her
