Peyton is a very affectionate and
people-oriented horse. She was bought as
a broodmare, and produced one excellent
colt out of Lotus T. She was easy to
work with and around during all stages
of her pregnancy and after her colt was
born. She was also very easy to deal
with during weaning. She was trained by
a very good dressage rider down in
Florida before we bought her. Peyton was
ridden twice during her pregnancy, but
nothing serious. She will be brought
back into training towards the end of
October when the farrier can get her
shoes put on (she will need front
shoes). Her price is based on this fact.
She could easily be showing local green
hunters by next season and winning
equitation classes. She’s got extremely
smooth gaits, and is more of a kick
ride. She’s big enough to support and
show off any rider, and she’s shown good
form when free-jumped. Her price will
increase with training.
