Winston is a rescue horse, owned by
Another Chance Equine Rescue (ACER) in
Grafton, Ohio but he is currently
boarding at a beautiful training/riding
facility in Olmsted Falls, Ohio. He is
available for adoption for a fee of $300
or for a full or half lease
(negotiable). Winston is a FUN,
talented and very sweet horse. I have
been working with him since April on a
part-time basis, but now he is located
where I board my horse so he has begun a
more consistent and frequent training
program. Winston was originally trained
and showed at 1st Level Dressage in his
“previous life” and shows this through
his natural abilities – forming a
compact frame and working under his hind
quarters quite nicely with forward
impulsion and a willingness to learn.
Winston does not bolt, buck, or rear
under saddle, nor does he have any stall
vices. I have been riding him bareback
as well with just a halter and he is
very well-behaved (I cannot ride my own
horse bareback and I've had him for over
2 years!) He is ready for his “forever”
home with a loving person who wants to
grow and bond with a super horse and/or
is a perfect horse to lease for an
experienced teenage rider who has never
owned their own horse, but would like to
bond with a willing partner without the
commitment of ownership yet. Winston is
also perfect for an adult rider who is
looking for a nice Dressage horse and
would also like to trail ride in the
Metroparks or elsewhere.
