This handsome old guy (20) was used all
summer season by a first year 4H rider.
He did an awesome job, winning HIGH
POINT Walk/Trot 1st year division. Super
smooth, easy going, ride-able by
confident beginner. Easy to handle,
leads, loads, trailers, bathes, clips,
stands quietly for farrier. Only
downfall to Pilgrim is he has cataracts
and is loosing sight. We have considered
surgery but due to his age the vets
don’t feel its a feasible decision. He
gets along great in a herd setting,
stalls great, respectful of fencing. He
is a QH/Mustang type cross with dorsal
stripe and leg barring. Not one you’ll
see often. We are looking for a home
that wants a trail horse or possible 4H
mount for a confident beginner rider. I
don’t think you will be
disappointed!
